Manchester International Bubble Festival – Short Terms & Conditions
3rd–7th March 2026 | Z‐Arts Theatre, Manchester
The Manchester International Bubble Festival is a specialist training and performance event for bubble artists of all levels. By attending, you help us maintain a safe, inspiring, and professional environment for everyone.
1 Attendance
By purchasing a ticket or registration, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Under‐16s are not allowed unless with prior agreement with MIBF organising team
A valid ticket/registration must be shown for entry to all workshops, shows, and festival spaces.
ID may be required by festival or venue staff.
Large bags (suitcases, holdalls) are not permitted inside the venue.
The Festival may refuse entry or remove attendees if necessary.
The Festival is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
2 Tickets & Registrations
All prices are fixed and non‐negotiable.
All tickets and registrations are non‐refundable.
Lost or stolen tickets/registrations may be replaced at the Festival’s discretion.
Discounts (Early Bird, Workshop Leader/Performer, School Staff) require valid proof when requested.
3 Transfers
Tickets and registrations cannot be sold or transferred without prior approval.
Transfer requests must be made at least 4 weeks before the festival.
Unauthorised transfers may result in refusal of entry.
Official festival ID (lanyard/wristband) must be worn at all times.
4 Behaviour & Conduct
Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour (including misuse of bubble equipment, chemicals, or effects) may result in removal without refund.
Illegal activity will result in removal and possible exclusion from future events.
Selling items or distributing promotional material is not allowed unless approved by the Festival Team.
Photography and filming are allowed only in designated areas and must not disrupt workshops, shows, or other attendees.
Participants to the professional photo or video sessions (first 25 ticket holders) must follow staff instructions for safety and scheduling.
5 Workshops, Shows & Festival Programme
The Festival may change the programme, schedule, or advertised instructors without notice.
All workshops and theatre shows have limited capacity; once full, no further entry is permitted.
Mobile devices must be on silent during all workshops, masterclasses, and theatre performances.
Some workshops involve specialist equipment, effects (steam, smoke, helium, fire), or materials.
Attendees must follow all safety instructions from workshop leaders.
6 Health & Safety
Attendees must follow all venue and festival safety guidelines.
Certain workshops may involve slippery surfaces, liquids, or equipment; appropriate footwear is recommended.
If you have allergies or sensitivities (e.g., to soaps, latex, smoke, or fog effects), please notify staff in advance.
7 Photography & Media
The Festival may record or photograph sessions for promotional use.
By attending, you consent to being included in general event photography or video.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform the Registration Team on arrival, in writing
